By proceeding with this booking either for yourself or on behalf of another passenger you confirm that you accept all the following terms and conditions of Crown Travels UK.
Unless otherwise stated, all deposits paid and tickets issued are non-refundable and non-changeable. This includes cancellations or failure to arrive at the airport on time (no-show). Once booked, tickets cannot be amended or transferred to another individual (i.e., no name changes allowed) and are also non-reroutable.
If you book with a partial/advance payment (deposit), please note that fares and taxes are subject to change without prior notice. Ticket prices are only guaranteed once fully paid and issued. Any fare or tax increase due to airline policy must be paid by the passenger. We recommend securing your ticket as soon as possible to avoid fare changes.
If you cancel your booking, any paid deposits will remain non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are accurate including passenger names (as per passport), travel dates, origin/destination, stopovers, baggage allowance, and transit times. Once a ticket is issued, changes are not permitted unless explicitly stated.
Passengers must ensure they have valid passports, visas (including transit visas), and comply with all immigration rules for the countries they are travelling to. Always check with the relevant embassy or consulate in advance. We do not accept liability if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

It is your responsibility to reconfirm all return or onward flights at least 72 hours prior to departure, either with your travel agent or the airline. Crown Travels UK is not liable for any issues or costs incurred due to failure to reconfirm.
We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Ensure your policy covers health, cancellations, and lost or stolen belongings. Crown Travels UK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage—claims must be made directly with the airline.
If you require special assistance such as wheelchair services, seat preferences, or meal choices, please inform us at the time of ticket issuance. We will forward these requests to the airline, but cannot guarantee fulfillment and are not liable for any unmet requests.
COVID-19 regulations vary by country and may change at short notice. You are responsible for staying informed and complying with travel requirements at both departure and arrival destinations. This may include PCR tests, forms, or temperature screenings.
If flights are disrupted due to COVID-19, airline policies will apply. Airlines may offer date changes or credit vouchers instead of refunds. If a refund is permitted, an admin fee per passenger will apply and the process may take up to 3 months. If a flight operates but you choose not to travel, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Crown Travels UK is not responsible for any loss due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, strikes, riots, weather disruptions, pandemics, or airline operational failure. We highly recommend arranging separate travel and health insurance.
By making a reservation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all travelers in your group. These terms apply to all bookings—including flights, hotels, packages, insurance, car rentals, and other services.
Additional terms may apply based on supplier, accommodation provider, airline, or government authority policies. You may contact us for clarification on any section.
Bookings can be made via phone, email, in person, or online. A confirmation email will follow (ensure you provide the correct email address), detailing the booking, traveler information, itinerary, payment, and terms.
Bookings must be confirmed within 24–48 hours, depending on the case. Unless stated, a minimum deposit of £50 is required to hold a reservation, which is non-refundable.
Tickets are only issued once full payment is received before the deadline. All tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable unless explicitly noted. E-tickets will be sent by email once payment is complete.
